Sales reps need to not accept this as interest, and gather up 30 pieces of paper that client will toss in garbage. Instead , take this opportunity to ask " Sure, I'd love to send you something, however our media kit has 50 pages, so let me ask you a few questions and customize my material" What is your target audience, etc etc..</description>
