We used a web-based sales management tool called Efficio that was great. We had easy access to our account lists and all our billing and aging too. We used it for just about everything pertaining to account management.

I am not sure if Tapscan and Maximiser software would count as what you are talking about. We currently use both of those created by Arbitron and we do use some RAB. I personally can’t give you much of a review on RAB as I have not used it very much. There are several programs in Maximizer and Tapscan that we have found helpful in the past . . . including retail spending power and the Maximiser qualitative programs. In other Markets I have used Media Audit which we found very helpful and considerably more detailed with specific areas of purchasing power and larger variety of categories.

We've been using Wicks for years and our Business Manager Jeri Weisheit would be our local contact if anyone wants more info on it. We went from a Arakis Digilink 3 system to a new Audio Vault system within the last 2 years and it works very will with our new AV.

We have had and used many. Sales Logix was by far the best we ever had.

Developed by the guy who wrote act. After he sold act, he went and wrote the best possible program and it was.
